It was one of the important days of my life, because I got promoted.
Either I like it or not, I was promoted as the "vice" supervisor to the team.
I would take it as a milestone of my carrer, because I would have to see/take things as a whole.
Thinking in advance and guiding the team to the direction that we want would be our job.
(Here "our" means "the other supervisor" and I.)

I took the job, because it was more like "exchange."
We got the most from each other and tried to benefit the team from this.
Like I said, either like it or not, this is the way it is now, and we have to live with it.
I took the job for two reasons:

1. I would go for "managing" job in the long run, so I gotta get started.
2. Taking the job would give me more time and support to do the marketing part,
which is now an interesting job that I prefer doing.

Thus, they are from my part.

On the other hand, I guess, well... guessing only...
The sales manager wants me to lead the team in a nice and easier to accept way,
so that we can unit the team little by little, and thus we're able to put the team up again.
So will the business be improved.
I don't know if this is true or else.

Anyways, I am writing this down to memorize my intention well... not to show off...
Then, I will review myself from time to time and see how far/how well I go.
