First of all, I see his lack of responsibility, as being a sales manager.
Secondly, U.K. doesn't belong to Nordic country, and it shows his lack of knowledge.
Thirdly, Angela isn't his boss, but vice versa. What would the real boss feel when he knows?

Ironically, I am the person in charge, andI don't hear anything saying that
the sales contact, who's so-called the key account manager, has the competence to deal with
the project.
