Today we entertained Peter, a major client of the company...
There are a couple of things that I would like to write down, simply because I want to...
(How silly the reason is.)
1. "How fast the changes are!" this is no doubt, as the CEOs said.
No matter what the elements we're given, we need to be prepared at any time.
We don't know what comes up next, but the most important thing is to "carpe diem."
In addition to "carpe diem," we need to be able to enjoy the moment and get fun out of it.
(Well, again, like it or not....)
2. Two topics to do business with Europeans; car and wine. Gotta buy a wine book to study a little bit, but, as for cars, I think it'll be easier if Chris briefs me..... lol
3. Human resources...
In Peter's company, he would hire someone who's over 30. It'll be a great loss if you teach a new employee everything, and he/she leaves the job in 2 months. Steve feels the same way, so we wouldn't want to hire someone who changes his/her job too often. It is true that jobs make us experienced, but change the job too often makes people think that you're not stable enough.
This reminds me whenevern I want to quit.... lol
BUT now... I am more awared of the "facts," so that I would think it over more carefully.
there could be some other things that I need to write, but
1. I forgot... lol
2. I am sleepy... lol
3. I am old................. lol
So, 99!
Welcome!

Cars and wine..um..that's true..
it seems that you get used to your "position"..
Good!!!
I just finished my classes today..
I'll have a big lunch at
"SMOKEY JOE'S"...must be fun...
Take care.
p.s. How come you are not on MSN?
This evening, when I turn over the album, and see that Chris (Mr. Tien) and I are getting older. lol
So, physically, we are. Our minds are more matured for sure, and hopefully we have accumulated the wisdom to handle our future lives.
I am still getting used to the new position. The car and wine thing are something that I've wanted to learn since doing the sales job. Being a leader in the team isn't easy at all. When we were looking upwards, we think our boss was stupid. However, when you become a boss, you realized that how unfair and stupid you were when you critising things only in your own way.
Anyways, I am learning to be a leader in this team. Like it or not, I'll go for it.
P.s. On-job training is held every two Tuesday in our company, so I was in class when you MSN(ed) me.
