"Peter law"

Peter got a job in the stockrooms of a company..cleaning the floors..
Peter was really good at cleaning the warehouse..
so he got promoted...he was now supervicing the cleaning people ...
Also for this job Peter was really good..
so he became warehouse guy
Peter was really good at that and got a promotion th become a warehouse manager..

Well Peter wasnt really a good warehouse manager ..(because he knew about cleaning...nothing abouy handeling a warehouse)

So now Peter was promoted to a job line he wasnt good at..so Peter stayed in that position and didnt get any more promotions..
So the lesson to learn is that you will always get promoted to the level just above the level you do good...
(so bacially you will end up one level to "high" ;-)
